Three things: (1) our PD Generator drafts a full Position Description from a role title and 4-5 discovery-question answers in about 30 seconds using Claude 3.5 Sonnet; (2) when you upload an existing PD PDF, the AI extracts 6-15 specific evaluative tasks; (3) after both ratings are submitted, it proposes neutral conversation starters for the largest perception gaps.

How does the PD Generator work?

Two AI steps. Step 1: enter the job title and department — Claude returns 4-5 targeted discovery questions specific to that role. Step 2: answer with a few keywords each — Claude drafts the full Position Description (~800 words) covering responsibilities, KPIs, required skills, and stakeholders. Output is clean Markdown you can copy, download, or feed into a new employee profile.

Yes. Every Organization has its own isolated workspace, plan limits, and admin controls. Data is strictly scoped to the organization that owns it.
